**Edison's Edge & Ink Co. Refund Policy**

At Edge & Ink, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process to ensure your satisfaction.

**Eligibility for Refunds:**
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

**Non-Refundable Items:**
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)

**Damaged or Defective Items:**

**Exchanges:**
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

**Late or Missing Refunds:**
